George White is a partner at Patterson Law and has been engaged in the corporate/commercial practice for over 30 years. While George`s corporate practice is varied, his focus is on supporting the legal needs of industrial, manufacturing, forestry, and agrifood businesses. George`s professional experience has established him as a leader in areas such as negotiating and structuring commercial transactions that include acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and corporate re-organizations. George has presented at numerous industry seminars and workshops with topics ranging from asset purchase transactions, to e-commerce and Internet agreements. George also assists clients with trust and estate planning including tax planned corporate reorganizations. George is available to serve as a mediator for commercial, shareholder and estate disputes.
