Jeremy’s practice encompasses civil litigation and commercial disputes, with a focus on expropriation, land disputes, and insurance litigation. Jeremy has appeared before all levels of court in Nova Scotia, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Jeremy focuses on providing his clients with excellent service and representation in all aspects of litigation. He was recognized as a Litigation Star in the Atlantics in the 2016 and 2017 editions of Benchmark Canada's "Definitive Guide to Canada's Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys".
