Kevin maintains a general civil litigation practice. He assists clients in the resolution of a range of personal and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on construction, employment/wrongful dismissal, estates and contract matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in the province and is experienced in assisting clients in alternate dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration. Kevin is a trained mediator and arbitrator and a member of the ADR Atlantic Institute and the ADR Institute of Canada.
