Kimberley Pochini joined Patterson Law in 2012. Kimberley previously worked as in-house counsel to a large institution, and as legal counsel for the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission. She coauthored the text Teachers and the Law Third Edition, Diverse Roles and New Challenges, with Wayne MacKay and Lyle (Chip) Sutherland. Kimberley is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bridges Institute and the Truro Head Start program, and is actively involved in the Nova Scotia branch of the Canadian Bar Association as an elected member, and as Chair of the Health Law section. She is a frequent guest speaker on human rights and employment issues.
