Kimberley D. Pochini

Kimberley Pochini joined Patterson Law in 2012 and is the head of Patterson Law’s Labour and Employment team. Kimberley previously worked as in-house counsel to a large institution, and as legal counsel for the Newfoundland and Labrador Human Rights Commission. She recently coauthored the text Teachers and the Law Third Edition, Diverse Roles and New Challenges, with Wayne MacKay and Lyle (Chip) Sutherland. Kimberley is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bridges Institute and the Truro Head Start program, and is actively involved in the Nova Scotia branch of the Canadian Bar Association as an elected member, and as Chair of the Health Law section.
