Biography

Sara is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group, with a practice focused on estate litigation.

Before joining Patterson Law LLP, Sara practiced at a prominent Toronto boutique firm, where she represented clients across a broad spectrum of estate disputes. Her experience includes will challenges, will and trust interpretation, contentious passings of accounts, the appointment and removal of trustees, guardianship applications (for both minors and adults), and power of attorney disputes.

As a committed and strategic advocate, Sara is dedicated to guiding clients through complex and often sensitive disputes with clarity and compassion. Beyond her practice, she remains actively engaged in the elder law community, serving on the National Executive of the Canadian Bar Association and as a Board Member of the Alzheimer’s Society of Nova Scotia.
