Appeals and Judicial Reviews
Occasionally, the decision achieved as a result of a trial or hearing is not satisfactory to a litigant. In such cases, the party might decide to have the decision appealed or judicially reviewed. This is known as appellate practice.
When faced with an unsatisfactory decision, litigants are well advised to seek counsel with appellate practice experience. Patterson Law offers lawyers who have extensive experience in all aspects of appellate practice, including judicial review at Superior Court, appeals to provincial Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
