Patterson Law Welcomes Lawyer Karl H. S. Clancey

Patterson Law is pleased to announce the addition of Lawyer Karl H. S. Clancey to our South Shore office in Bridgewater. Karl brings a wealth of experience in real estate, estate planning, and probate to our firm.
“As I was born in Bridgewater, I am looking forward to returning to the community. When I saw Patterson had an opportunity at the Bridgewater location that matched my practice experience, I felt it was a good chance for me to continue my legal journey at one of the Maritime’s most reputable law firms,” says Karl, “I look forward to being able to continue my practice under the Patterson Law banner, assisting the people of the South Shore to the best of my abilities.”
Karl holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Honours, Major in Political Studies with a Minor in History from Queen’s University. His extensive experience in residential real estate transactions and estate administration matters is complemented by his engagement with political and community organizations, showcasing his commitment to both his profession since being called to the bar in 2018 and his community.
