Biography
Bev graduated with Honours from St. FX University in 2000 and she began her paralegal career following her graduation from Maritime Business College in 2003. Bev has experience in all areas within the corporate/commercial and tax and estate planning groups.
As Estate Planning & Probate Coodinator in our Halifax office, Bev oversees the coordination of workflow, precedents and procedures for the Halifax estate planning team to ensure all of our clients receive consistent, cost effective and highest quality service. She assists lawyers in the preparation of estate planning documents including wills, trusts, personal care directives, powers of attorney and nominations of guardians. She handles all aspects of probate and estate administration proceedings.
