Biography
Kelly is a member of our civil litigation group with her primary areas of practice being property litigation and personal injury. Kelly is also a member of our commercial litigation group, where her focus includes debt recovery and collections, as well as construction and business disputes.
Born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Kelly obtained her Bachelor of Arts with an Honours in Philosophy and Minor in Sociology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Saint Mary’s University. Kelly obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of New Brunswick. During her time in law school at the University of New Brunswick, Kelly volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and actively engaged with the local community, having volunteered with the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys keeping active at her local gym and Pilates studio, reading, and spending time with her dogs, Bethany and Koda.
