Biography
Nancy graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2009. She joined Ferrier Kimball Thomas as a corporate paralegal in 2013 and became part of the Patterson Law team when the two firms merged in 2019. Nancy’s primary duties include drafting documents for incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, purchase and sale transactions (share transactions and asset transactions) and corporate reorganizations (including s.85 rollovers and s.86 share exchanges).
