Administrative Law

Administrative Law is the area of legal practice that deals with issues before tribunals. Tribunals have two basic functions: to hear disputes (adjudicative) and to make public policy decisions (regulatory).

Patterson Law practices in both areas of administrative law. We have the expertise and experience to assist our clients before local, Provincial and Federal tribunals such as the Human Rights Commissions, the Utility and Review Board, Labour Standards Tribunal, the Pipeline Arbitration Committee, etc.
