Biography
Andrea graduated from Eastern College in 2010 and joined Patterson Law that year. Andrea routinely assists with purchase and sale transactions for both residential and commercial property transactions. She also assists with incorporations, corporate reorganizations, redemption and dividend resolutions, purchase and sale of shares/assets.
