Biography
Pam has been a valued member of Patterson Law since graduating from Scotia Career Academy’s Paralegal program in 1999. As part of our corporate/commercial practice group, Pam routinely assists with corporate structuring and reorganization matters, purchase, sale and transfer of shares and assets, as well as amalgamations, continuances, wind-ups and rollovers.
