Thia practices primarily in residential real estate and estate planning law. She regularly assists first-time homebuyers and experienced property owners in buying, selling, mortgaging, and migrating land in Nova Scotia.
Thia started at the firm as a summer student in 2023 and has worked closely with the property group at the Halifax (Quinn) office ever since. She is a proud alum of Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning and Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. When not at her desk, you can find Thia studying for trivia, playing ringette, or sweeping the beach for sea glass.
