Biography
Tiffany obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University. She joined Patterson Law in 2008 and was a valuable member of our Accounting and IT Departments before settling into her current role as a paralegal in our Corporate group in 2013. Tiffany’s duties primarily deal with corporate structuring and reorganization, professional corporations and commercial transactions including incorporations, registrations, purchase and sale of shares/assets, s. 85 rollovers, s. 86 share exchanges, estate freeze and capital reorganizations, various agreements, amalgamations, continuances, extra-provincial registrations, and wind-ups.
