The Colchester East Hants Health Centre serves residents as the main acute care facility of Colchester East Hants Health Authority. Located in Truro, the 124-bed facility serves more than 73,000 residents of Colchester East Hants and provides surgical, medical, mental health, intensive care, maternal child services, diagnostic and treatment services, emergency and ambulatory care services and much more.

Cumming Hal Dalhousie

The Chignecto-Central Regional School Board serves approximately 24,000 students from Grades Primary to 12, Adult high school students and operates a variety of Community Education programs throughout the region.
