Assistant
Biography
Haley is proud to offer a compassionate and comprehensive approach to navigating the complexities of real estate, estate planning, and probate administration matters. She strongly believes that the legal decisions involved in life’s transitions—whether they involve purchasing or selling property, planning for the future, or addressing estate concerns — require a strong understanding of not just the practical but also the emotional nuances that come with it. With a background in Civil and Family litigation, Haley brings a strong advocacy instinct, which she uses to negotiate complex agreements and develop strategic solutions to safeguard her clients’ interests.
Haley carries with her the deep-rooted values of community involvement that were instilled in her from an early age from the “Home of her Heart”, Cape Breton. This fuels her dedication to helping others not only through her legal practice but also in various community initiatives such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, putting on Estate Planning presentations for various non-profit organizations, and being a proud “Big Sister” with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
When not in the office, Haley finds joy and relaxation in playing guitar and singing with her family, as well as collecting new experiences through travel, food, and reading.
