Biography

George White is an experienced lawyer meeting business and individual needs for over 40 years. His experience includes start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, business succession and corporate reorganizations. George has provided governance advice to corporate and co-operative boards.

George also assists clients with trust and estate planning including Wills, alter ego trusts, family trusts, spousal trusts, testamentary trusts and tax planned corporate reorganizations. He is a Registered Trust & Estate Practitioner STEP.  He is frequently honored for achievement by his peers and ranking organizations and is recognized by The Best Lawyers™ in Canada for Trusts and Estates and Corporate Law.
